More like a recessive gene that has been purposely reinforced by breeding programs.

Natural Selection certainly doesn't select for such genes, as goats which fall over when frightened are pretty simple to catch, and eat.

Hey be careful, he's already REELING from my unstopable wit. To put a man through through a beating like my highly dangerous mental penetration style, i had to get a license from Chuck Norris himself.
The UN deems my style illegal, but last time i was tried in the Hauge i just had to THINK about something mean and the entire country blew up. I rebuilt it all again in an hour or so, and the media is too scared of me to say my name on television so that's why you havn't heard about it.
