i don't believe it.

didn't the dotcom crash teach everyone that untargetted ads only work for porn?
this guy only has all the traffic because the media slashdotted it. what is so amazing about this? i must be missing something, coz i'd rather be reading about a dog riding a surfboard

What is amazing about this is that he has made almost $1,000,000 from this idea.

only because the media decided to latch onto it, which was sheer luck. If the media didn't latch onto it i can't see how he would have got anywhere near that much money.
he didn't have a great idea, he had luck.

What's that old saying? Somtimes it's better to be lucky than good. Either way he made almost a million bucks in about 4 months.
