D2 level 20 question

In the big room with the yellow door there is a 'fence' which blocks access to the verticle passage leading to the exit. Isn't there a way to make this fence disappear? Can't remember.

so you can´t reach the exit? well, there´s a second red door inside the boss room, try it...

Yes, I can reach the exit. I just seem to remember that the barrier could be removed.

Er, yeah, there's a control panel somewhere that takes that down. I don't remember where it is offhand, but I believe it's in the corridor outside that room.
