Nice job. Great canopy. Lasers are far too small! Need 4 of'em too. Imagine a fart muffler and a type-r sticker...

Overall, slight more bulk would make that look good. (Not that it doesn't already look good, but for my preference...)

If you know how to model you can make this. What makes it look real is the GI lighting and the raytrace reflections.
The ship is just a box, beat to crap till it looked right.

Not bad. Looks too ricey though. What are the tailfins for exactly? They look pointless. I know tailfins are pretty much pointless on any Descent ship. However, on the GX, at least they functioned as some really nasty looking missile racks. The wings usually function as gun racks. Looks nice but it needs some armor. The wings and fins look more like ugly riceboy spoilers.

I might also mention the idea of having the canopy opening from the side. It would give more room for the pilot to get out of the ship and looks cool.

I've actually been wanting to do that with one of my ships at some point. I know two-seater, harriers do that for the passenger seat.

Otherwise I'm gonna have to deduct another point for comfort.
