I figured it was wing-suits from the title and after seeing that I now want to try it! I'm going to project that clip at a clients house with his 12' wide screen
The other one... well if you've ever been inside a hatchery you'll understand why someone invented a machine like that.
It is flinging the birds like that so that they don't bunch up and suffocate each other as the primary reason, there are several others. Looks like very few of the chicks if any incur injuries as well.

A fellow engineer told me that chickens can be efficiently shipped in chick format - they pack 'em in just as densely as they were seen in that video. It was a pathological heat dissipation problem for a particular airplane.
