Being from Oklahoma, that was a disappointing result, but... wow, that was a good game, especially at the end. Up and down the whole way.

(P.S. That was the ultimate evidence for the merit of a playoff system. Of course, that won't change a thing. .. we'll still have this screwed up bowl system probably until I'm an old man.)

Um, it was a very good game, and an exciting finish... but no, most certainly not the "best ever". I can think of at least two other games at the collegiate level, and a number of others at the pro level that were better.

Heck, I think last year's National Championship game was better. (But maybe that's because I'm a Big-12 guy.)
