Formating drives

Best way... I know its a stupid question... But The girlfriend got ★■◆● on there she don't want me finding... I get a free drive if I can prove to her that her ★■◆● is gone and I can't get it back. What can I do besides NTFS format to completely destroy all info and still have the drive useable(aka not a magnet)

Just do an NTFS quick format. Only takes a few seconds, and to her it will appear as if everything is gone. You get the free drive, and do whatever the hell you want with it later.

OK it used eraser with the DoD format 7 sweep. It added a directory to the drive... I just deleted it when it was done... Now I need info on Ghosting my current Drive
