Installer Creation Tools

For a project I'm working on I want to create an installer that'll let me install several files to a directory, and change the PATH environment so the executables can be run from the console. They're a pair of Python scripts I made into executables. I'm also thinking it'd be cool if I could have the ability to edit other registry keys. The ones for changing what is in the right-click context menu in the file explorer, for example.

I tried NSIS, but the documentation wasn't very good. Perhaps I just hadn't read them right...
