Um, hey...long time Descenter, first-time poster.
A few of you (or maybe some of you) may recognize me because of my YouTube videos (LordScalgon), but yeah, as stated in the thread title, long time Descenter, first-time poster.
A little info about myself:
I joined the world of Descent back when I was 9, after I beat Descent 1 demo. Since then, I've been hooked into it so long I've finally considered an avid Descent gamer. Other than that, I play Warcraft 3, the Pokemon games (Diamond/Pearl/Platinum), and Touhou shmups, but I still return playing Descent from time to time, usually when there's a certain release of a campaign or something.
And speaking of Descent videos, well, if you have a request for a recorded run of a certain level, don't hesitate to ask. I usually play on Hotshot, though...and of course it'll take some time, because I have a busy college life and whatnot...so yeah. The harder the level, the more time it'll take (and if it's a level that I'm incapable of perfecting, I'll just admit that I can't).
Anyway, despite a late register, hope I get to know the avid Descenters out there and that all is well.

Welcome to the DBB (and the community in general).
I think I'm actually subscribed to your youtube channel.
Yep, you're still subscribed.
Of course it's me...if it were not for that, I wouldn't have posted these videos in the first place...especially failed runs. =/Floyd wrote:welcome! if that's you in the videos, you're one of the few keyboard players, alright.
And yeah, I'm a keyboard player...I've never actually used a joystick...except for the time I was playing Star Wars: X-Wing exactly a decade ago (I borrowed a friend's joystick at that time).
