I use "HTTPS Everywhere" with Firefox, is there an add-on like that for IE?

HTTP vs HTTPS I always assumed was primarily server related, not client. But I could be wrong. As far as I understand the HTTPS protocol is just "secure" hence S, and is used by most email based servers now. Such as Gmail, but the also have it on things like Runescape and such I guess as well. As for it being an "app"? The closest thing I could thing of is run I.E. in "In Private Browsing" mode. Sure, it's restricted, but it's "safer". If you consider a computer being linked to the internet safe at all.

Good point.

Something I found out while doing some research is that Yahoo does not have a secure protocol where as Hotmail and Gmail do.

Thanks for the post.
