Well, I just got bored as well as realized I didn't have much time. I didn't even give level 8 a try. I'll probably look at it once I have some spare time on my hands.

Finally got past level 8. It was one of those "durrr, me so stoopid" things once I realized what it was.

Kind of interesting, but not really worth the time, IMO.

Number 8 is bugging me... I know what the page is *doing*, I just don't know where to go. Up a directory? Back to the original site? Over to Disney? I can get anywhere -- just am not sure where the next page is hiding.

Uuuh on level 8 are you just suppose to bypass the password system entirely, cause I managed to get to level 9 doing that...

yeah Kumba, I know... I'm just not sure where to go to bypass it. *shrug*
IsAB, could it be
Chebyshev ? (He has a bunch of math stuff named for him -- search for his name at
mathworld for more info.)

I see someone didn't pay attention to a very crucial detail (in other words, you took the bait)

I ended up intelligently brute forcing it manually. It took about a minute-- I think that's what I was supposed to do.
edit: UG-- stuck getting into 15, and I really have no clue.

That's the page that got me hooked on these challenges. I finished all of them a while ago, after being stuck on level 14 for about a week due to a dumb mistake. If you like these, and want to try other ones that aren't just Javascript, check out
http://www.bright-shadows.net . You have to register there, but there are 195 (I think) challenges from different categories and it keeps track of your progress.
