Exercise
Here's the exercise program I am using to stay in shape this year. You might want to take it easy at first, then do it faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

i exercise by walking 3 miles a day, singing at least an hour a day, and having sex. my right arm was particularly strong during my dry spell.... now the whole package is getting firmed.
the walking has many benefits... it's good for your breathing, your booty, and it's very meditative if you are mindful of each step and everything around you. it's really mellowed me out a lot.
oh yea, i exercise my right to vote.
