Desktops 2015

Post by Viper1999 »

We're starting a new year so I've decided to start this topic to continue on from this post.

Here is my desktop so far:

As you can see, I got a computer upgrade just after Christmas which that means I can finally start playing TF2 again!
Still haven't got Descent installed on my new PC yet but I recently bought the games on Steam so it should be easier for me to set it up with DXX-Rebirth.
*yawn*, now where was I again...

This is not a song, it's a little hooliganism mix :) In my imagination I fly already on this ship in multiplayer. I'm a little disappointed that SOLC will be paid, but I hope that the Russian pirates quickly hack the game, if it is will be quite successful

Nice background, did you make the wallpaper, or did you find it?

Windows 10 with older Windows features.

Aero Glass - Aero Glass v1.4.1
Gadgets - 8 Gadget Pack
DreamScene from Vista - DeskScapes (Earth rotating background).
Windows 7 button and menu - Classic Shell
Windows 10 menu on the right with a button update. The original is plain looking.

I use a tiling window manager, so I rarely see the background.

For a while I used manyrovers
But found it too distracting when changing windows/workspaces (however it did work really well on multi-head setups.

So now I just use:

Which is a sunrise over a planet, but leaves it up to the users imagination
