Logitech freedom 2.4 assignments

Anyone using this stick? If so, are you using the twist function for turning left/right? If so, how do you set it up? I can't get the twist function to work, I'm missing sometting.

Win xp pro, Intel 3ghz, AIW 9500.

Thanks,

double click the logitech icon in tray, then select your stick, then click on the axis and click customize, then assign it to a diff axis. I'm doing this from work so it may be a bit diff.

You really want RSI or OOS - or whatever they're calling it these days? IIRC Fatal uses this config and it's a recipe for severe wrist problems.

See if you can adjust to stick-twist-as-bank.

Please explain. Twist to turn is the way aircraft flight models should work, and since I play a fair bit of A/C sims...

I play IL2 Sturmovik and the twist of my stick turns the rudder and if I tilt my stick to either side, I dive into that direction. For D3, my twist is for banking. Only way it can be :D
