Dancerites BOW down before.........

I have a feeling Dancerites are terrible drivers on the road as well, cause they never watch where they're going. They race from cyclone to cycle, and don't even see the fusion blobs heading right for them.

YES, If you don't like the level or the way we (those of us that have played SD since the ol PXO days)play then go back to your own turf. If I hate hotdogs, I don't keep eating them just for the heck of it.... I go get a burger.

And if it makes you a better man for killing someone with inferior skills "on their turf", then why complain about where you have to do it??...I'm a kick-boxer/full-contact fighter, and if I have to knock someone out in the street instead of in the ring, I will, but what I won't do afterwards is ask them why they chose to confront me in the street instead of in the ring...one arena is as good as another when it comes to combat. It's all about 'personal preference'.

Last night, after trick or treating, I got into a game of Rockena and I beat up some "unknown" pretty bad. So, by your post, I believe that might have been you Beowulf. I know it hurts getting owned by a girl, but pretending I was a HE isn't gonna make it better. You'll get over it. Give it time....

I am kinda curious, why did Beowulf to that little "diddy" for Bet?

I do not know Bet very well, but from what I have seen of the posts she is a lot nicer then many of you. Writing out Poetry out of spite reveals the type of thinking style you have.

Now having said that, I am not trying to start a argument. I was just defending Bet...

Heh. Let's just stick with your analogy, Mr. MaxCombat(tm) ... SD is to Descent 3 what a blindfolded machine-gun fight is to kick boxing.

I understand both sides of the argument, btw. I happen to be an unrepentant skybox fan!

I happen to agree with the "bigheads" side of both arguments, despite my enjoyment. This took several years, but I see my shortcomings now as a pilot are due to my early training.

I haven't played Descent in over 7 months. I no longer own a joystick and don't even have the game installed. And if I did...well, what Suncho said. I just saw people writing stuff so I chimed in with my late night BS to add some flames to the fire.

hmmm....interesting comparison. Well....er, I um, suppose.., I stand corrected.

However! You got me back wit'cher little dismissal of my post and all so lets call it even, eh? My original rant post was not directed at you (intentionally) and knowing what I do of you, i.e.(how you have helped me when starting this game,things I have heard about you from other players, etc.) I would prefer not to become alienated from you in that manner. So, If need be, please accept my apology and extension of this post as a handshake...
