KlubMarcus is probably Rican reborn. I know of patriotism and being proud of one's nation, but what he is doing here is just plain arrogance. Would he follow off a cliff if the US told him to do so?

Birdseye and Lothar: Please dont close this thread. Not for at least a few days. The DBB has been stale as of late, we can use the fresh air.

I almost get the distinct feeling of Gav or Rican but...they were liberals. I wouldn't put it by Rican though.

Rican has definitely been around long enough to know the old aliases and take one. It seems in his line of humor too.

Who was that other really liberal guy, he was British, drisdel or something? It could be him.

I do think KlubMarcos has to be socially liberal, perhaps a communist or a socialist in real life. Or maybe he is a professor from the University of Colorado.

Because he is trying too hard to make the conservative philosophy look bad.

You guys are coming up with kook conspiracy theories to explain something simple. Why don't you guys contact Descent pilots in the Houston area. I've been to a few LAN parties. Maybe some of the really "Old Skool" guys can personally verify things before you shame yourselves any further.

It's a win-win-win situation for me. I get confirmation, you guys will look like fools, and I get to find local Descent pilots.

I don't care who you are. I just care that your actions aren't in line with E&C standards. Unless you pay the bills to keep the DBB running (which you don't) you have to abide by the rules set by the guy who pays the bills. I don't care if you're some old-school super-awesome Descent pilot like Kiln or Ender, or if you're some n00b who found this place at random. Either way, you're subject to Sickone's rules. That means:

1) stop with the necroposting. If a thread hasn't been posted to for a while, don't go digging it up. It's dead; let it be at peace.
2) stop with the personal insults. If you want to call another individual names, do it in chat, e-mail, or private messages, not here.
3) stay on topic. We have different threads on different topics for a reason. I don't want to read 20 threads that have all turned into discussions on your pet peeve.

Consider yourself warned... if you can't handle these three simple rules, we'll just ban you and be done with you.

Oh, and for the rest of you... don't encourage him, or try to provoke him into getting himself banned. My conscience will be clearer if he gets himself banned on his own volition...
