nah i wasn't referencing your post, i just noticed it as i was rereading the original article. i missed it the first read, figured other people had as well.

even though the artical says that the cops got permission to search the car, why would you do that though? every time i have gotten stopped and they ask to search my vehical, i sure as hell say no, and it has saved me many times.

the driver must have not had enough balls to stand up to sociopathic cops.
