Maybe more important things to do then to sit in front of the computer?

Real Life does that to you at times.... :P

I don't know, but I guess all the \"Destroy the Arabs\" in Will has passed onto Bett.

Mobius doesn't exactly post a lot these days, anyway. And really, who misses him? :P

Ah, be nice folks. Mobius, like ALL of us, was often annoying, but he was usually amusing as well.

Top Wop, I couldn't help but notice your post was both flame-baiting AND trolling.

Not cool.

Good link Testi...i actually flicked through the whole set of piccies...very rare for me.

As for Mobi...he can't put a foot wrong as far as i'm concerned...he's missed.

As for Will...he can't put a foot wrong as far as i'm concerned...he's missed.

Im sorry you feel that way about my opinion. Yet I wonder why you let the others who criticized him off the hook?

Your display of anger and hypocrisy, Top. Read everyone else's amiable statements, then read yours.

That's why I was there. I was looking to see if the Barringer meteor crater was listed. I just happened to scroll down the comments and there he was!

Im not angry. You guys have read too much into my post. I have never meant to be mean spirited, that was not the intent. Maybe how I said it was harsh, and for that I apologize, but I never meant it to be mean. Please realize that it was just a criticism of the guy.

Yea, how things are said is sometimes more impacting than what was said.

Shame my ex-gf couldn't figure that out.

There's a difference between a comment like

\"I heard Mobi is out with multiple dictionary-inflicted papercuts sustained after Warlock's latest post :appropriately humorous emoticon:\"

and

\"**** that ****ing **** **** jerk Mobius **** troll **** **** loser **** ****   :obscene gesture:\"

I gave us a push back toward the first comment type by singling out the comment closest to the second type. Nothing wrong with being critical of Mobi or anyone else, just don't be overly mean or harsh about it.

I am here!

Been busy trying to build a house. We signed yesterday. *Big Gulp*. $710,000 all up.

Image

Should be in the house in early May.

Still keen to play a new Descent-like game. Doesn't look like it's going to happen before my eyes fail, and I go deaf though.

Oh - and of course, Will Robinson and I have something else in common too: we're thrashing the living hell out of our Porsche 928s on a regular basis. I joined two racing clubs and two track day clubs, and so I'm out at the race track at least twice a month giving the thing absolute death.

It's amazing how much more compelling actually racing on a track is, than sitting in front of the PC playing some silly simulator.

I've managed to get some laps in a few other cars too. Notably, a brand new Porsche GT3 RS (Un-friking-believable!), a Bentley Continental GT (Cruisey), Porsche GT2 (Turbo - mind numbing), '07 911 Turbo (WHOA), a Ferrari Testarossa (Loud!), Aston Martin V8 Vantage (Awesome, but crap brakes!), a '69 Mustang with a 7.6 litre supercharged engine (scary), '06 Boxster S (Wickedly fun), '07 Cayman S (WANT!), Cayenne Turbo (Fusking mind blowing!), 1971 Carrera RS w/ 400 BHP, Bridgestone Porsche Series Racing GT3 (what else can I say - the thing isn't a car at all, but a loud teleporter!) and last but not least, a Porsche 944 Turbo (3-litre) race car which I am trying to buy right now. :)

Derek Zoolander: What is this? A center for ants? How can we be expected to teach children to learn how to read... if they can't even fit inside the building?
Mugatu: Derek, this is just a small...
Derek Zoolander: I don't wanna hear your excuses! The building has to be at least... three times bigger than this!
