Vista look a like?

I'd like to get some Vista affects on my XP machine. Any downloads you recommend?

Have you tried it? Anything I should be aware of?

Ive used it, works like a charm, prior to version 5 it had some quirks, but those are mostly resolved. but in honesty, the real thing is better =)

Do I need to purchase and run Windowblinds 5 for Vista Transformer to work properly?

nope, it utilizes the uxtheme.dll hack, much more effective, and no extra resource usage.

and yeah, it appears as though the link has....errr....collapsed

heres softpedias link to the download, but it has it listed as adware, last install I used, definetly didnt have any, but downloader be warned.

Heres 6.0, just in case, that one was definetly, without a doubt, clean.

Tried Vista Transformer with all the Sys32 tweaks and renaming and LPE Deluxe and had to \"repair\" Windows because it wouldn't do anything but keep restarting.

Thought I did everything correct.

I wonder if waiting for Vista transformation VTP7.01 makes sense or should I try it again.

I wonder if disabling file protection might be better than DOS renaming.

Don't mind \"repairing\" again if I have to.

What say you?

I say: I have Vista :P

and I never had any issues with VTPs up to version 6, I never tried 7, but I was not ever disappointed with the updates.

Ive tried it. Its a fun toy, thats all it is. But I choose not to run ANY themes because you always get bored with them after a while.

Windows Standard style FTW.
