Lets see what the guts of your puter look like.
Here's my stuff:
(Hi Res)
(Low Res)
In there i've got:
Chenming 601a Tower w/ 400 PSU
AMD XP2500 @ 2700
ASUS A7N8X Deluxe rev 2.0
1gig Corsair XMS PC3200 DDR (Dual channel)
MSI G4 TI4400
Creative Audigy Gamer
80gig WD 7200 SE HDD
30gig WD 7200 HDD
4 case fans - 1 blowing on my hdds, the other 1 bottom of case, taking in air
other 2 blowing exhaust (the lighted ones)
It's all messy like that because I couldn't find my bag of zip ties, and was too damn lazy to run over to radio shack to buy more.

I might be ditching the Koolance for conventional air cooling soon, but heres how it stands as of 10 minutes ago.
Specs:
Asus A7N8X Deluxe w/ghetto southbridge heatsink mod
XP1700 @ 2.2ghz
Radeon 9700 non-pro
Koolance Exos
Maxtor 120gb primary HD, WD 30gb secondary

First things first ..... we need to teach you how to rotate your pictures right side up
Still with the Twine and now you have gobs of electrical tape all over! Damn MD! cant you afford zip-ties!!!
Talk about jerry-rigged fan....again!
I have yet to do any elite cable management on my box, just the basics, as you can tell below (shame on BUBBA)

it does have HT, becuase im running a HT CPU @ 3.06 GHz.
i have a picture somewere of before i installed the fan. ill look for it in my folders.
and LSD, what really got to me was your bashing on a system that gives you absolutely no problems with upgrading and still being a prebuilt system. my father had a gateway and it wouldnt accept a NIC card. then wouldnt reconize a ATAPI 40X CD-ROM. now he has a HP system and its working like a dream even with all the extra stuff he bought. plus the prices are really not that bad.
next time think alittle before you bash on something when there are plenty of other things that are worse than what your bashing on. my HP, is hardly even stock anymore as ive said many times previously and on other threads. Compaq's, Gateway's, Dell's, IBM's and whatever else names that are proprietary out there give you a whole buncha hell just trying to do something as simple as add Networking to it.
other than that, i want to drop that subject and go back to looking at peoples puters
UPDATE!!..... http://fs.myftp.biz:88/AcePix/NBridge.jpg
.............that LSD, is the HS before i added the fan. notice the difference between the two,. of the mobo's you suggested are mine.
Im done discussing my motherboard, move on.

Thought I'd try my hand at case modding. Had an older one piece cover case which I cut off at the top, cut the window, cut a hole in the top for exhaust fan and cut hole in front cover for blue orb fan. Installed switches in front panel to control blue orb fans and two blue cold cathode tubes. Box has total of 11 fans. With wings this puppy might take off.

Yay stickies!
also here
Ditched the Koolance for a Vantec Aeroflow, and got an Abit NF7-S for my bday so I sold the A7N8X. Also picked up another 120gb hard drive, a sweet new aluminum case, and a Vantec Nexus to slow down the CPU fan. I've cleaned up the wires a bit since this pic was taken.

These are a couple of weeks old, since they've been sitting around at school until I gathered the initiative to burn them.
Case:
Specs:
Antec TruPower 430W
ASUS P4P800 Deluxe w/Abit-manufactured chipset fan-heatsink with Abit sticker peeled off
Pentium 4 HT C-M0 2.8GHz @ 3.0 w/Vantec AeroFlow VP4-C7040
Kingston Hyper-X PC3500 512MB
MSI Geforce FX 5950 Ultra
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz Sound
3Com Gigabit LOM (3C940)
WD SATA Raptor 10000RPM 37 Gig (2x) in RAID0 (all hail Intel's ICH5R)
WD PATA 7200RPM 80 Gig
LiteOn 48x24x48x16 Combo
More of the good stuff:
A crude mod to get the 5950 Ultra to fit nicely:
Tight fit? It's supposed to work fine without the back heatsink, but I wasn't about to take it off.

Got pics of my other computers. My main rig is posted above.
Mom's computer, made mostly with leftover parts from my rig. It doesnt get that hot, so I'm not too worried about cable management.
XP1500
Shuttle KT333 board
GF3 Ti200
256mb RAM
40gb HD
Mom's computer underneath her desk, next to my HP. I use the HP for Folding@Home and basic file server purposes. I would have taken pics of the inside of it but its put together like a piece of origami so I passed.
Celeron 700
192mb RAM
20gb HD
Next up is my BlingFS, which nominally is a LAN party file server/showoff piece. Seeing as how I havent been to any LAN parties lately, its just sitting in my brother's empty room, running Folding@Home. Its an old Dell Dimension that I modded.
Celeron 700
512mb RAM
30gb HD
Last up is the most recent addition to my stable of crap computers. Its a system that was given to me by a friend for building him a new computer. It needed some fixing, but I patched it up and gave it a new case (an old IBM desktop I had laying around, originally was a P166) and its also running Folding@Home.
Duron 700 (quite a bit faster than my Celeron 700's in Folding)
Tyan Trinity mobo
384mb RAM
30gb HD
I had to be a little creative since this case was never designed for ATX boards. The mobo is only attached to the case with one screw, but I never move it so its alright. I cut the space out of the side panel for the back panel, and also got a low-profile TNT2 so I could put the cover on it.
I dont have any plans to add any more systems, but you never know.

Just built a computer for a guy at work. Pretty nice system, it has a green X-Superalien case (link), ECS 755-A2 mobo, Athlon64 3200, Radeon 9800 pro, and a gig of Mushkin RAM. I know the wires are a mess; I plan to clean them up once the system is fully tested.
The 6 included blue LED fans, plus the 2 in the PSU, create a rather striking effect in the dark. I'm almost inspired to go grab some for my system, if not for the noise.
Speaking of which...
An updated pic of mine. Ditched the Vantec Aeroflow for a Swiftech MCX462 and a 92mm Vantec Stealth fan (much quieter and less vibration). My 9700 also died, so I got a HighTech 9800 Pro with the big 2-slot cooler that blows the hot air outside the case. My northbridge fan started to go out too, so I got a passive Zalman replacement (works great).
