That was awesome. Sad the way things work out. Still hoping for FS3 and Descent 4.

I didn't watch all of it yet, but it was great so far. Planning to watch the rest later.

Indeed, great watch.
You know, it wouldn't surprise me if these guys find a way to make FS3 happen within the next 10 years or so - we're getting to the point where there's room for such a thing, and the controller isn't such an encumbrance. (Personally I don't think it'd be that hard for me to play a game of that nature on keyboard/mouse, but I have to concede that it's difficult to learn to do it well.)

I watched it up until Freespace 2 for nostalgic reasons. Beyond that, the rest doesn't interest me.

Watched all of the clips.
Makes me hope for a Freespace and Descent sequel even more.
There's just no games out there like these two.
What's Matt Toschlog doing these days?

Outfit called Reactor Zero I think... from what I recall they ported RF:G to the PC.

Great find. I saw this at school during one of our classes. Great minds make the future, and volition has one of the best in creativity.

Watched it all now.
These guys really remind me of the M:TG team (specific people on the team I might add). When Mike Kulas was talking I had to remind myself that this was not Mark Rosewater - didn't help that they look almost identical.
They make it sound like it would be a fun company to work for.
