New York City Atheists wants a sign taken down because it references Heaven. The sign was placed out side of a firehouse where the street was dedicated to seven firefighters who died on 9/11 and given the name Seven in Heaven Way.

I'm an atheist and I say that group of atheists is acting stupidly.

This one's a stretch, even for me. They're honoring the memory of their fallen comrades, not promoting God or religion.

I'd say it's a justified complaint if any of the fallen fire-fighters don't believe in heaven. Otherwise, nope!

I'd say it's justified only as long as the majority have a complaint.
