GOG D/L Patch 1.4 trouble

hey guys , i need little help D/L'ed D1,2,3 from GoG cant get either patch to work on D3 says old file not found tryed the no cd patch it apears to coppy files says press any key to contuine then nothing and it didnt patch version still 1.01 any ideas also i have widows 7 and I get the patch says fixed from here [url]viewtopic.php?f=1&t=4953.

As far as I know (or at least would expect), GOG's version should already be patched to 1.4, so I wouldn't think you'd need to do that. You certainly don't need to worry about no-CD, since it's a digital version anyway.
