Hey folks, I'm back in the States for a couple of months and trying to find a motherboard for my ol' computer. I need one with 5 PCI slots, AGP and a slot 1 for 750Mhz Pentium III. Any ideas where to look, I'm not having much luck.

Look around for a Soyo 6ICA I've used them for years with a p3 450 and p3 1ghz slot 1's and they're great boards.
edit-
couldn't find a 6ica - but here is a
Soyo SYBA+ Slot1

Intel SE 440BX-2 is your solution. Happen to have one right here too! Forget overclocking though - impossible with the intel board.

Thanks for the help folks. The Soyo board looks interesting. I'd sure like on with ATA/100 support though. I would also like to be able to overclock with software. Please let me know if you think of anywhere else to look and I'll post back if I find something.

probably would be best to get a stand alone ATA-100/133 Card

Yea, and add on board is probably the way to go with ata/100
Soyo boards allow overclocking in the bios, but the p3 slot 1's don't overclock much.

Thanks again for all your help. Talked to ABIT today and the BE6II Rev2 is still under warranty. I believe because of continuing capacitor problems. I just need to send them the bad MB and $7. Hopefully the new one will last longer than the old one.
