Kabong and I need to know who's coming to cali 2k4 and where they live in BC, washington, and Oregon. I know Genghis isn't going to come with us because he's on the rox bus.

Well at the moment Im still trying to get Gonzo,Rover,Stoned and [NUB]Klasher to head to Cali with me. But if that falls thru I'd be interested in catchin a ride with the Caravan.

I'm in Medford Oregon(20 mi. from Or/Cal Border). I am also available for driving duty and promise not to fall asleep.
As the date draws nearer I'll Know if I'll need to catch a ride or not. At any rate if they do come maybe we can fall into the caravan Image

Well, the sooner we get a full headcount the better. that way we can figure out what size of vehicle we need.

Couver, wouldn't it be smarter (and cheaper) to park your car at one of the potenial pickup points and jump onto the RV?

you'll get to shoot the ****e with the other people. Image

Ferno my Friend I would love that a whole lot. Problem with that may be one little thing. As I am in the military and they might frown on me popping positive for the largest contact high in history. I will be glad to follow ya'll or stop and give 1-2 others a ride no problem. I just can't partake of some of the air out there Image

Bumpage: First and formost. no drugs allowed on this caravan. the risk is just too great. If i catch you I'll toss it myself.

KaBong: can you find out rental rates for RV's? we may need at least one large unit or two smaller sized units.

..."Drugs" .. such a dirty word ..!

And Couver .. Lol ! that was a wide eyed look you gave us, as Feind lit up Texan fatty, just as we all were getting introduced At Califest 2k3 !..That was in the hotel room J-oH et al had booked. You held your breath, flailed your arms, went bug eyed...!..before we were considerate and moved outside... I bet you and Lunchbox have to pee in a bottle too >!

Ok, ... so as we in the Canadian Caravan psyche ourselves up, ... could I initiate here, discretely without breaking DBB rules, a "quest" to procure some really fine Californian Crusty buds?! Could anyone down in California be "The Man" ( or The Woman for that matter) to obtain quality Crusties for us Canadian cannabinoid lushes .?. I'd suggest a round Oz, at least, expecting many mouths to feed, as we'll share, ... Feind you're a good backup, would you like the honours as primary procurer of Texan tokes ? ... We'll pay up in real Dollars too !

Fern, we did 5 guys in a Dodge grand Caravan when we wnt to Niagara Lan. 5 guys puters and monitors and all the other lugggage. Tight, but doable. 4 peeps should be no problem. Just pack it well.

Thanks for the heads-up Baal. you comin to califest?

Posted: Tue Jan 27, 2004 12:30 am

I agree with Baal.
If it is just the 4 of us, then we can use the Minivan that he mentioned. just remove the middle seat, bring the third seat foward,so the other 2 people aren't sqaushed,(not knowing size of my fellow riders), and we will have plenty of space for gear.
My family has owned Minivans for years, so I am familiar with what seating arrangement tricks are possible.

Ferno, I will be driving down with my friend Samantha and we would be happy to catch up to the caravan....we were discussing stopping overnight down by Hatt....but nothing is set in stone yet.

I have registered and will be sending my fee as soon as my tax return arrives later this week. Looking forward to this and I am watching the thread as it goes.

I don't plan on going, but I do own a pair of walkie talkies with a good 2 or 3 mile effective radius that I wouldn't mind lending to the caravan.
