my pc (front)

http://80.60.162.135/puter.jpg (warning, large pic)

I'm not gonna show you the insides, as it is a total mess in there, and you wouldn't be able to see anything anyway. And don't mind the mess next to the computer. Been meaning to clean that up.

And yes, there is a red glow coming out the pc. Though you'll probably won't be able to see it, as I used my flash.

Specs:

ASUS P4P800-VM motherboard
Intel P4 3,4 GHz
1024 MB RAM
Sapphire Atlantis RADEON 9600 XT 256MB (chip by ATI)
SATA 200GB SATA HDD
SB Audigy 2 SZ (just bought today)

There are 4 (plain black) 80mm coolers in it, apart from the cooler on the CPU, and the one in the power unit. I actually broke my HD by letting it get too cold!

A pic of the working-space might come later...

And here it is:

I'm playing with a new camera, so this gives me something to take pictures of.

Here's my neatly organized desk.
Image

My extremely clean computer.
Image

The insides.
Image

Athlon XP 2800+
Shuttle AN35 (nForce 2 ultra 400)
512x2 DDR400 RAM
Radeon 9700 Pro
Antec 380 Watt PS
Seagate 160gb HD
Adaptec PCI 1394 Adapter
Compro PCI TV/FM/DVR Tuner Card
Plextor 8x DVD Burner
Enermax fan control/temp display in Floppy bay

It's not top of the line by any stretch, but it gets the job done nicely.

Now on to the second computer. This one had my old hand-me-down parts, and is used by my friend to play games. He recently upgraded it, though, so I guess it isn't really my computer anymore.

You gotta love the desk.

Image

I'm sure Stress will note the fine cable management inside.

Image

Specs:

Athlon64 2800+
Abit NF8
512mb DDR400 RAM
Radeon 9800 Pro
WD 80gb HD
Antec 350 Watt PS
DVD drive pulled from a Mac G3.

Not shown are a Dell and a Mac. The Dell gets used to ghost HD's and such for work, and the Mac is used as a shelf to hold my CD cases.

:::sighs:::

:(

I always wanted to post in one of these threads. :( But I don't have anything to take pictures with. And I hate having to wait to get pictures developed. Any ideas? :)

Anyway, my "workspace" is kinda GTO lately since I don't have a desk right now. :P hmm...Imagine a nightstand with textbooks piled up on a drawer to support the keyboard and mouse. mmm...leet. ^_^

I'll post my specs if you guys can help me take a picture. ^_^ Now I'm going to go talk to Black Widow and start schemin' and dreamin' of ways to keep Prescott and his baby brother cool. :P

Hey Xciter how did you manage to overclock your 3.06cpus that high. I have 2 gigs of highspeed ram, two 3.06ghz cpus and I am using the pc-dl motherboard. I can only get mine as high as 3.41hz before max crashes when i render certain scenes. And no, overheating is not an issue, at least i don't think it is.
