My company is hiring a new administrative assistant and this person will be in charge of keeping our web site up to date and looking good.
Anybody know of some place for me to get some basic web/html questions that I can put down as part of a written test for this propective employee?
Of course I would need the answers to these questions as well.
Thanks

Hiring technical staff, with non-technical people = bad idea.

Best option: use a recruiting agency, and interview the candidates they select for compatibility with your existing staff.

hiring a secretary to do web stuff = bad idea. And, a web guru won't want secretary salary.

I know I wouldn't. In fact, I'm going out tomorrow to get myself a job in web design :P

It's worked fine in the past. All the people that had the job that were good at it learned as they went and it worked out well. The web stuff is very limited to just keeping our company site up to date, that's it. In small companies people often wear more then one hat. It is not uncommon.
