Hello all my favorite server people out there. I seem to be banned on a whole bunch of servers. RC's for one. Seems like about half the servers. Someone said to me that I must have gotten on a hacker list or something. But anyways it's kinda annoying now so I hereby ask you guys to reset your banned list except for the few you actually know hack or whatever. Cause there isn't enough D3 players out there to be banning at will. If my banned problem has something to do with my computer (I have a router with cable internet on windows xp) please lemme know if its something I can fix.

Maybe. Here's the current hacker list of aliases (I know for a fact that some of the people on this list are not) and hosts, disobediently reposted because:

1) People are allowed to be banned and not be told about it?
2) People should know what information others have on them.

These are just the universal lists that are downloaded every 12 hours by all servers configured to, but of course each server has its own ban list. If you join a server with any of those aliases, it takes about 1 second after the level is rendered for it to recognize the name and permanently kick you.

Same. One of my friends (who is also a Server Op) has one of his aliases on there also, so there are two names on that list that do not belong to hackers (we both fall under the "(F)= very unFair player" category, haha). I noticed them after downloading D3Server and looking at the lists. Suffice to say, I immediately deleted the pilot.

Both lists are horribly outdated anyway and should be scrapped.

Does the banning work by IP or by alias? Cause it dosn't matter what my alias is I'm always banned. And your links didn't work for me maybe they're down I'll try again later.

I posted a request to unban an IP-Range in that you seem to be yesterday on the ServerOps Board.

I unbanned that IP myself (Descentforum.net 1-3) already - pls try if you can join now.

All Server-Ops who use the Auto-Update Feature of the D3Servertool 3 - pls read ServerOps Board!
