Ergodex DX1 Input Device.

Trust me, I got it and it absolutely rocks. I won't even look at my Nostromo n52 after using the DX1.

The DX1 has NO lag. NONE.

It's super-easy to configure, even on the fly without leaving a game.

You can put the keys anywhere you like on the tray to suit your hand.

It's really worth the money. I took a big chance and bought it without ever having tried it, and I'm extremely glad I did.

Do the keys really sit still? Even under gaming pressure? Of all these ppl talking about busting sticks with a mere twist, I can't imagine these holding in place during a game.

A special permanent adhesive pad of some sort I guess. That's what it looks like anyway.

Once placed the keys are rock solid. They only move when you twist them off, and that takes a little bit of force.

Also, the keys are powered by induction, so no batteries are needed.

Cool concept, but I don't know if it would hold up to the button hammering I've seen a lot of people do. Could bring a whole new level of excuses to the game too. "you killed me because my slide key slid off the pad!" XD

Once placed you'd think the keys were fixed as if in a regular keyboard. They just don't move.

BTW, the keys have a nice tactile response, too.

So far I've used it for three nights of 4 hour gaming sessions and I love it.

Got the DX1 when it was released a couple months ago -- I like it. Never had a key come loose unintentionally.
