OK, I can make out the child's leg behind the woman's and the child's arm and shoulder strap on top of the woman's leg and I guess the child's face is behind the woman's arm. But what is that just above the woman's right elbow? Is that her boob?

Another thing, I can just imagine them shopping for visors and the woman says,'get the mirrored one -- it will make you look cool.'
