I prefer bananas and peaches.

2 bananas
1 can of peaches
1 cup of sugar

Fill up the blender half-way with ice. Pour in milk (preferably 100% since it makes it slightly thicker) until its just above the ice. Slice up the bananas until they're about an inch thick per slice. (thicker if you want, but this just makes it easier to fit in the blender) Dump in the can of peaches (WITH THE JUICE!). Dump in the sugar, cap the blender and blend until liquified. Pour and serve.
