5 is the correct answer to the question ...

Sqrt(3^2 + 4^2) = Sqrt(9+16) = Sqrt(25) = 5

OMFG.

Were you asleep the whole semester you studied SOHCAHTOA? Remember that whole "The square on the hypotenuse is the sum of the square of the other two sides"? Remember that whole "If I want to know how high a road that inclines at 8 degrees is after travelling 10 metres across the ground is, I use sin 8 degrees x 1000 cm = height"? No? How about one of the most famous mathematical discoveries of all time: the 3,4,5 triangle? It's how even complete morons (like.... edit: resist temptation for argumentum ad hominem) can create a perfect right angle just by tying knots every metre in a piece of rope, and then marking out a triangle on the ground with sides measuring 3, 4 and 5 metres. The sides which are 3 and 4 create a right angle. (See Post #1).

*sigh*

Mobius... shut the fu<k up and read before you talk. He didn't get the JOKE... not the answer to the test.

You are such a jackass.

Were you asleep the whole time your parents said not to take things so seriously? Remember that whole "let the little things pass without comment it's no big deal"? Remember that whole "If I want to take the high road and not make a total fool out of myself when posting I should think before I post"? No? How about one of the most famous internet BB discoveries of all time: the back button? It's how even complete morons (like... edit: resist temptation for using excessively long posts) can create the perfect impression of a level head just by clicking the back button instead of submit every time you type up some retarded post, and then you can start from the ground up with a new post. The new post will help create and spread knowedge or humor. (See Post #1)
