hey all!

some of you may still or already know me. I started playing d3 again last year in june. but some years earlier I was already active a bit and registered in the dbb before the user database was reset.
before I joined DIII in this year I was flying as vinz only.

to help descent 3 I created a promotion page; it's not completely finished but the most important things are up. I also want to put one or more d3 videos by me up there, but that will need some weeks / months till ready.
have a look at the page if you like and perhaps you want to tell me your opinion.
would also be nice if some page owners would link to the page. (tell me and I link back )

I hope this page can be used to show non-d3-people what this game is and that it can be fun.

Nice site!

You and I have a different definition of nice I'm afraid. Blue/purple text is notoriously difficult to read, esp against a black background. Even if you use font-size:20px;

I appreciate the sentiment, but I doubt you can persuade a single person to play D3 with it. If you want to promote a 6DOF game, why not get behind Into Cerberon or Core Decision? These games/mods are the best hope we have of a new game to play.

I was reffering to the content more than the design.

Regarding the text, a cyan color like what the DBB uses is much better, so if you change it to that it will be great. The blue/purple does make it a bit hard to read. I do however appreciate web designs that use black as a background because I hate to be staring at black text while trying to read a bright background, its like reading text on a lightbulb and its not good for your eyes. The inverse is so much easier to read and better for the eyes.

Thats a nice screenshot gallery you have there. My only suggestion would be to add shots from other maps.

Kufyit and I basically ran around the level hoarding secondaries, then unleashed them on each other. I recorded it with 30fps low rez FRAPs. To make them even worse, I decided to compress them heavily. =)

Oh, and I'm the server (0 ping) which is the only reason I'm not dying more horribly.
