Does anyone recall all the Democrates and their supportive news organs at one time saying how the Iraqi elections needed more time? That the Bush administration had a unrealistic time table for setting up a democracy in Iraq?
So here we have the last of the elections taken place with even "gasp" the Sunni's turning out in droves to vote. So how many headlines did you read in papers such as the NYT or Washington Post about this historic event. Better yet, how many of the naysayers were quoted as saying they were wrong?
Remember how the mouthpiece reporters at one time were asking Bush to apologise? Hear any of them asking the same question to the wack jobs running the Democratic Party to apologise to Bush for doubting his Iraq election time table? Of course not. That would take a real reporter.

Diplomacy is great...as long as it is backed up by a big stick.roid wrote: This should be a lesson to all of you authoritarian nut-jobs out there that DIPLOMACY IS A GREAT IDEA.
