Who knew a water filter could be used to turn around cheap booze.

hmm.. i tend to opt for stoli over smirnoff... unless i am doing some heavy mixing... then i don't freaking care...

but this is intriguing... lol

question is... if i buy a bottle of $30 stoli...

or a bottle of $15 crap... then buy a $15 brita filter... then spend 3 hours filtering it 6 or 8 times... is it really worth it?

depends on who you ask.

You can reuse the filter for many bottles of vodka, plus the filter kits usually come with 1 or 2 filter refills. Assuming you have 2 filters, and you can use the filters for 5 bottles each, it starts to add up.

Of course, if you drink that much you probably have bigger problems to worry about than saving a few bucks on vodka. ;)

that stuff is made in edinburgh!
i think.
smirnoff vodka sucks. the best i've had is Polish Gold Waffler Wodka! or something like that. Sucked for mixing.. was... AMAZING on it's own. And it had gold in it! :D

this looks fun. :D
