hmm.. i tend to opt for stoli over smirnoff... unless i am doing some heavy mixing... then i don't freaking care...
but this is intriguing... lol
question is... if i buy a bottle of $30 stoli...
or a bottle of $15 crap... then buy a $15 brita filter... then spend 3 hours filtering it 6 or 8 times... is it really worth it?

You can reuse the filter for many bottles of vodka, plus the filter kits usually come with 1 or 2 filter refills. Assuming you have 2 filters, and you can use the filters for 5 bottles each, it starts to add up.
Of course, if you drink that much you probably have bigger problems to worry about than saving a few bucks on vodka.

i think.
smirnoff vodka sucks. the best i've had is Polish Gold Waffler Wodka! or something like that. Sucked for mixing.. was... AMAZING on it's own. And it had gold in it!
this looks fun.
