Settings for Multi-Player

I've found my Url address, my IP address, and My host. How do I make settings to log on to Multiplayer? Does it require anymore information?
Uh, I don't understand the question. But if you want to join D3 internet multiplayer games I'd suggest using Vortex -- easy point-and-click interface.
