I'm going to say no since I firmly believe that the government should never pass out cash. There are plenty of ways to help the needy without giving them money. Many are in that state because they are poor stewards of money anyway, and just giving it to them won't help. I'd rather see welfare ...

Obama does seem to have a knack for making elegant promises which basic common sense finds absurd. Then he ...

Plasmas in general have better picture quality, although LCDs are rarely set correctly in-store. I'm probably pickier about image quality than most people though. First choice is AllOfMP3.com, which can now also be accessed at mp3sparks.com. Second would be Amazon's new download service. DRM-Free 256kbps VBR MP3s. Still not as good as setting your own format from allofmp3, but better than iTunes.

Another way to legally convert iTunes m4p files and WM wma files to mp3 is to use a program that will play the recorded file and re-record it as an mp3 (this does not crack the DRM, and therefore falls under fair use laws). I use Tunebite. This is usually done in real time, but you can batch process ...

However, I had the same reaction to the name. It was eerily similar to my reaction when I first saw the controller. Therefore I think it has a chance to grow on me. But then again, the name isn't a 3D mouse.
