Re:
I think D1 got the weapon balance down pretty well. Like, no overly powerful weapons. I guess you never really tried out the fusion in D1, then. I think D2 was much more balanced if you kicked out certain items (well, one could argue this about any game, I suppose). If you took out the fusion in D1 ...

SLW was mine and mine alone. I love that level and thank you, Lothar, for your kind words. The only level that I worked on that eclipsed it in my mind was SML (Serial Murder Lullaby), but I think it was mostly misunderstood/the descent world wasn't ready for it yet (or maybe I'm a retard ).

But that's just the politics and marketing end of it. As a format, Blu-ray is better. Krom mentioned larger disc capacity. Which means more bits devoted towards the video. And more bits is always better when it comes to video compression. Plus I love the idea of being able to truly watch films in ...

It doesn't even compare to 9-11. It's a tragedy, no doubt, but it was caused by a NATURAL DISASTER. 9-11 was a fanatic militant monkey tossing airplanes at buildings with people in them. Big difference. And obviously we're going to hear more about something that happens in our very own country

Easy. look at the the difference in color. Red flames usually mean it's a cooler burn. If you do a little digging, you'll find that different colors mean different temperatures in regards to combustibles. Uuhhhh... It's not as easy as that. Seeing the external fire means nothing, sorry. I mean, if ...

These runs do exploit bugs in the game. Mario 3 does have a wall jumping glitch and there are some completely legitimate tricks (read: bugs) a very skilled gamer can use. Now, here's something of an anti speedrun that I found HILARIOUS. Sometimes those glitches really don't work in your favor. :lol ...
