It's worked fine in the past. All the people that had the job that were good at it learned as they went and it worked out well. The web stuff is very limited to just keeping our company site up to date, that's it. In small companies people often wear more then one hat. It is not uncommon.

I use this program all the time. It of course has it good and bad moments, but it is pretty stable and you don't get disconnected.

Be careful with this game. It will root out any weakness you system might have. It does this just by the massive amount of resources it needs.
Make sure you have enough stuff for it.

I did a complete wipe and re-install.

No way I'm reinstalling UT2004 till they make a patch to fix the patch.
