I am using Linux and can't join any server. I either get \"kicked because of low connection\" or some kind of pps thing. This happens immediately after joining. I have a 118 ms ping time. Is there any way a PS2 on a LAN could be hacked by someone on the internet and used as a sniffer, etc? The reason why I ask is my son wants to get a network card for his PS2 and I don't want my network compromised.
