Well, sure it's crashy. The DS is an entirely different architecture from the PC. But still, the premise is cool. If Interplay was smart, they'd be trying to get Descent onto Xbox Live Arcade or onto a portable release. I would like to go back to this reply. From what I read in an earlier version ...
If this guy/dude is REALLY still working on this homebrew port project, I would still keep playing this on my DS. :D But since it keeps crashing, giving me the red/white screens on my DS, I can't seem to play it past the first part of level 1. :P BTW, if we make any new Descent 1 levels, can we play ...
I hate to bump a topic, but I want to say I actually tried this. I recently got a M3 DS Simply flashcard, and a 2GB Micro SD. I tried running this game on my DS. It works. However, I can't get anywhere in this game, due to the shere bugginess of this game. At random times, my screen goes blank of ...

It's a ZX81 :? Q: What the hell's a ZX81? A: Good question. The ZX81 is a small home computer that was quite popular in the early eighties. It was built by Sinclair Research (who also made the Mk14 kit, ZX Spectrum, ZX80 and QL computers.) It was a highly revolutionary design, containing only four ...

I'm not really surprized no one knows me since there are some new faces, some who have somehow left the scene. I would have figured as much. ;) LOL, I even ...

I'm still alive!
Well, there might be some new faces here, even some old ones. Some might remember me as my old user name PTMC_Def as my codename in the Descent series when I played D1 - D3. But some older guys may just know me from ym personal user name Mario (either as N64Mario, or GCNMario). If anyone can recall ...

Okay, I would imagine that D2 would have some collision box area for all known enemies. But D3. Hmmm, this would be very ineresting to find out since D3 has more features. BTW, Sorry if this was wrong area. I didn't know where to post this as I didn't see anything releated to questions about these ...

Custom Enemy Robot idea
I'm wondering if someone were to create a enemy or boss robot for Descent 2 (or D3, whichever) that was big enough for your players ship to go inside it.
Examples could be a whale, dinosaur, or another floating ship.
