I loaded 1.4.1 - for some reason after the initial sound and logo comes up and i press my mouse, descent doesn't load at all. Just black screen forcing me to reboot the mac.

yea, the funny thing is nothing happens at all when I click on the mutiplayer options button after choosing tc/ip.
it doesn't even go to a menu to let me input the address.

howdy - for some reason when i click on the tc-ip connection button in multiplayer menu nothing happens. I have the 1.4.2 update but no go. nothing happens when I press the parallax online button either but that's to be expected I guess.
any mac users know what could be wrong ?

so how do you launch/ join a game ?
do you type in the dns address in the 'launch' column into the tc/ip section of descent game ?

hi, I used to play multiplayer descent all the time, but now when I click the multiplayer button and try to connect to pxo it doesn't do anything. is the network dead ? can only one on one games be played now ? hope you can fill me in as I'm not up on all the latest news but loved playing descent ...
