Re: Apple Product question..
Never mind, figured it out. For those who want to know, if you are part of a family group, you can go into the iTunes Store from the iPhone/Pad, select Purchases, then select someone in your group. You can see the purchases they have on their device and load them into your own. Also, i hate Apple ...

Apple Product question..
First, let me start off by saying, this is embarrassing. I am not a huge fan of Apple, but my kids and wife like their iPads. I am more of an Android guy myself, but tomato, tahmahtoe. Question is.. Wife got an iTunes gift card. Both kids accounts are linked to hers with her as the Parent. Music ...

I am paying 0% interest, but the web-site does not reflect it.
The department that never contacts me finally did, and gave me that via e-mail.

Yes - I checked the fine print. I am actually on what they consider a "Long Term" Payment plan, except its only 19 months. Per the verbiage, i should be getting a 0% interest rate. The loan amount was $4100. "If paid in full for the duration of the contract, amount you pay is: $4100". That $4100 ...

Legal Question..
Anyone with working knowledge of the legal system? Here is the skinny - I got a small, unsecured Loan a little over a year ago. The Loan itself was for $4,100, and payments are $215/month. The loan was for 2 years I think, but when I called to check on my payoff amount, they told me it was $4,300 I ...

True Story: I have a regular baber shop that I go to for a haircut. He is old-school. But he is also Old, and many times leaves at lunch just because. Using your PC as a Phone..
So let me start off by saying, this is not a VoIP question. I will be doing some work from home that requires a POTS line, and a headset for the conference calls. The headset I have uses the Mic and Headphone Jack on the PC. I remember way back when being able to place regular land-line calls ...

Hey everyone, Trying to find a WiFi router that features Dual SSID (or Guest network) and also has the ability to create Whitelists. In otherwords, the Guest network will be locked down so that only a list of approved sites are accessable. All other sites are blocked. The other SSID has no ...

Not wanting to toss the old laptops because...?
Are the laptops any good? Or he does not want to loose the data on them?
if its a mater of data - Extract the Hard Drives then toss the laptops.
Otherwise do what everyone else said.

Re: DSL to wireless device?
No no no... Keep your existing Setup. Just get a Wifi Access Point.. It keeps the units separate (instead of wifi/router combo), best part is you can put it anywhere so your wifi coverage is more flexible. The unit linked below is $40, has detachable antennas, and comes with a PoE injector so you ...

I would as well.. go with internal cards over USB.. but this machine has only 1 PCIe slot, and that has to be used for the graphics card.

Yeah - as mentioned, its a work PC. Not gaming. The system i went from had a Quadro Card and (Gasp) Voodoo5 PCI card to push the third screen. 3D Technology to eliminate Split-Screen ?
So most Tech guys know how 3D TV's work. Wearing glasses that are in sync with the TV, each eye has a shutter that closes while the other is open, and the screen shifts slightly for each eye, and your brain puts the two images together... A friend of mine were talking, and came up with this idea ...
