Man, those were some days. Never made it to the Asylum personally but I sure flew a hella lot with most of it's pilots when D3 first was released including meeting most (if not all) of you in Vegas at the $50k tourney. RIP, Asylum, undoubtedly the most legendary ongoing LAN party in Descent.

Tetrad, I'd be interested in knowing that add-on since I change armor alot depending on whether I'm soloing, cat, bear, healing, etc., and it's a pita to do it manually. Druids ought to come with an extra bag slot just for all the clothes they ahve to carry around.

Revenge? You overestimate the damage. The Dem trophy wall is sparsely covered with small fry but they're gaining some great fish stories about the ones that got away, I suppose. Scooter Libby, Michael Brown? Heh. :P

Root Problems

For some reason this topic seems to be under the radar of most Americans but I keep reading about in the foreign press so let's talk about it here, namely, the running and protection of the thirteen root servers that control Internet traffic and define how it *runs*. As it stands now, IIRC, they are ...

A word of warning about the Shuttle XPCs: they run hot (I have one) and depending on how warm some of your danceclubs get you might find heat becoming a major issue. I'd go with a ruggedized laptop/tablet PC.

The new motherboard is likely set in BIOS to boot from a SATA drive. It searches for a SATA drive, finds no SATA drive and quits to the error. You need to alter the boot sequence (and probably tell the BIOS no SATA drives are in the system). Consult the motherboard manual (good luck there since they ...

It is staged, imo. Watch the uncut video below, notice the reaction (or lack of) from the children in the audience (in fact they laugh later) as well as the sudden disappearance of the limp from the *injured* officer in the end. Ask yourself how one would expect a room full of young children to ...

Iraq DOES NOT have a constitution. It has a draft of a constitution that requires ratification by the Assembly and by the voters. Even so, though, it's always been a given for those of us who've been paying attention that Islam would be *a* source of legislation (as opposed to *the* source) and that ...
