I looked, but could not find any way to remap the buttons. When in D3 you hit F2, then Joy/Mouse, then click on the blank oval for like, forward, reverse etc, then it has the message to press a button on the mouse or JS (including hat), I can push any button on my JS, or Keyboard and it will accept ...

I am using a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro JS. The Logitech profiler shows everything working correctly.
