Do not forget about the level 15, which has only missile hulks. The level is pretty strange because it has nothing than missile robots.

Maybe it wasn't a GX but the GL just with higher poly count?

It's a GX. You can tell which GX or GL is by looking at their fuselage. GX has bent fuselage, and the another has straight up fuselage.

I don't know about fancy mice for Descent games much, but I prefer K&J rather. I have no problem with accuracy with a joystick after many years of playing games, especially Descent franchise.

Same, I have no problem with Win 10 after installing instead of upgrading. I know that upgrading Windows OS might mess up your data or computer in general. So, Saitek X52, Logitech Extreme 30 Pro, and Driving Force GT W&P worked perfectly on Win 10.

Here's my Descent layout for K&J.

WASD: Basic movement (Forward, backward, and L/R Slide)

Shift: Up Slide

Ctrl: Down Slide

Spacebar: Afterburner

Here's for you. Keyboard for banking: Z and C (I use the twisting axis of joystick for those controls)

The mod already had been taken down due to the copyright if I'm right. Some years ago, I spent hours of looking for it on the Internet... Sadly, I couldn't find it. Before the removal, I got and used it. The GX looks very nice in D3.

Yeah, that's why I can play the game in only 4:3 display. It's not bad at all.

It would be really nice if the game had widescreen resolution support.

The deadly yellow weapon is totally bullsh*t, too hard to dodge if you do not have the Phoenix unlocked yet.

Yeah, I've been using Descent Rebirth for the most. It runs perfect on my Windows 7 Professional 64-bit with 1080p, it is the best in my personal opinion. D2X-XL is very nice too.

I gave Descent DOSBox a try, it doesn't work with Z-axis (twist). I then quit using DOSBox for Descent only.

The rating (thumbs up or thumbs down) is disabled, that means the uploader doesn't want to let us to see the a big amount of thumbs down on the video. We then ignore it and not want to waste our time. That's obvious. :\
