Re: To hit or not to hit.

Have you tried a decompression table? They have some (relatively) cheaper versions that hang you from your ankles. I don't know how effective they are, but it might be worth a try. Just to warn you, when I tried it to see if it would help with some minor neck pain, it did (not significantly), but it ...

Re: To hit or not to hit.

Have you talked to a surgeon? If you're in that much pain, it might be a good route for you. If that isn't an option, you could try talking to a physical therapist, or PM&R specialist. The weight loss idea is good too. It probably won't fix the problem, but it can really help. If I were in your ...

As others have said, both the Rangers and the Descent Task Force are great places to find people to play with.

It's always fun to see the game from the perspective of a skilled pilot. I think though, that if I tried to emulate his style, I'd end up upside down, backwards and dead.

I haven't seen this before, but you should probably go to the Rebirth forums. I think you'd get a little more help there.

Re: Obama Unites Catholics

That's the problem with freedom. One person's idea of freedom can be another person's repression. Since we are all different, we have to deal with that fact and try to come to a workable consensus. There is always give and take, an optimum point. You're right. The question is, who's right is more ...

Re: Obama Unites Catholics

we're talking about an individual that is on record as saying that the Constitution is outdated and needs to be re-written. Sounds like he's trying to do it all on his "own". 4. Find me the quote where Obama says(on record) that the Constitution is outdated. I dare you. And yes, I am calling you a ...

Re: Sort of dunno nothing

Perhaps you could try finding a game you both like, so you can play it together. It's not so much about getting answers out of him, but letting him know you are there for him when he needs you to be. You need to let him know that constantly, by both actions and words. When he's ready, he'll come ...

Re: just defeated D2 final boss

I usually use a joystick, but found the mouse to be great in single player. At least in D1, where the bots don't move quite as much. I could aim and shoot much faster when a bot was pretty much in front of me than with the joystick. It's when they are behind me that I run into problems. That being ...

Re: Small rant - level related

I for one am not opposed to playing new levels. I usually enjoy it. I haven't run into too many people who are unwilling to try something else, either. But, the problem is that people, including myself, just don't know what else to try. The familiar levels are just that, familiar. So when asked for ...

Lost levels by DarkFlameWolf

I have been playing the lost levels by DarkFlameWolf, and I can't seem to get the custom weapons installed. I tried the .bat file, and it didn't work. Is there anyway to get the weapons?
