long time no see. I had a kick to play Descent again, and found my Descent 1.5 missions folder. I don't really go by Kaizerwolf anymore (though I'm failing at sorting the items when making a new account), so for now I'm still Kaizerwolf. How are things going with the project?

So any updates there? I"m sorry, I haven't been able to design anything myself lately. Guess the well of ideas has run dry for now. Also, I think this project's scope has actually outgrown my own level building skills, so I'd rather let better people make them :P I'll definitely make some more ...

There are light blue textures to use though, no idea why you went with the pistacchio-cream :D rock022 rock330 rock334 rock345 Pick your poison :P However, this area does seem a bit cube heavy and apart from the pretty geometry, nothing appears to be going on in it, it's not very interactive either ...

Sorry, kinda dropped off the face of the Earth for a bit without uploading my final changes to level 8. I saw someone updated the original Tholin files I posted, so I posted Tholin2.mn2 and .hog, just to be safe. Added some new sections to the red key area, let me know if it works.

- it's a Uranian level, it needs the green brick textures PERIOD :P (I used a plural because there are two, the brighter one and the darker one). I'm not sure which Green brick you're referring to? I don't see anything like that as part of the texture file I'm using, nor do I see a door for it ...

My D1 level is set to be darker. It's probably 75% complete, but I haven't touched it in a few weeks. I'll get to it soon. :P

The geometry looks really nice here! Not sure about the color scheme though. Blue and purple together feel more like Venus or Secret level 3 than Uranus. Uranus requires greens, make sure to include some :D I think I may be able to swing the caves area to be green textures. I was watching a Miranda ...

It's a bit of work generally, so it's much better to start doing this in D2. The only advantage of making the level in D1 is that you won't accidentally use a texture that wasn't in D1. But I'd suggest simply opening another empty mine using D1's PIG so that you can verify whether the texture you ...

BTW, I've just noticed that in Salt Distillation Facility the entry hatch opening puzzle can become a trap, since the doors are marked as locked from the inside. Fixing that right now. Woops, thanks. I tend to leave "Set Both Sides" enabled in DLE, so I always forget that about locked door traps ...

Made some general progress on Tholin, and I've got a question about the D1 textures. I'm building this as a D2 map, but are all the textures for D1 included in the PIG files? I've added the D1 POG file related to the Ice PIG into my map, but all it's really changed is the lights and a few textures ...

By "D1 POGs" I meant custom textures taken from the D1 exclusive roster. It has no such textures, so changing the PIG is way easier, since you don't have to replace the textures again. Also, while editing that one minor misalign in the editor, I noticed the secret switch right next to the exit that ...

Hey guys, Reactor Ohm is up for a flythrough. Level 48 folder, reacohm.hog and .mn2. There's 5 secrets to find, 799 cubes, give it a fly through! Any section where doors or walls open by flying around should have bots/matcens. Let me know what you think!

Sometime today, or before the week is over, I'll upload my progress on Reactor Ohm to see how you guys feel about it. I'm afraid I'm doing too much symmetry with it, so I'm hoping to branch off of that (pun intended), but I'm having a tough time figuring out how.
