Ezri, lowering the graphics setting wouldn't make much difference if at all. The network programming isn't that great, and that's where it matters. You can get FS2 Open using the FreeSpace Open Installer . With this you can get the latest in the open source stable release builds and the extra ...

Texting while driving just got banned (on like August 28, 2009) in the State of Missouri for people under the age of 21 (if your 21 or over, you can do it, which is gay, since those people are the ones who get in car crashes because of it because they are old and don't know how to text right).

FreeSpace doesn't have the greatest of netcode, mostly because of the burden required for the game. You have to track so much that it almost loses practicality: ships, positions, spacecraft velocity, headings, hull/shield information, missile locations, heading, missile/warhead velocity, and so on ...
