Re: UEFI risks: Could the mobo get bricked due to an OS fail?
I haven't personally to come across a Mobo that doesn't respond to some sort of keypress to jump you into the UEFI while it's going through post. I think fastboot allows it to skip a few checks, but a well timed F2 will probably still get you to where you want to be. That said, this screenshot ...

I'm a big fan of Syrians 2013 album, particularly this track:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xyr_N-MOu5A
And recently rediscovered some Simon and Garfunkel with an epic music twist:

What's the BBtag for video on this forum?

Well I've just created the git repo and set it up so I can put stuff on that domain. The hard part now is creating content. I recently bought the domain www.6dof.space where I intend to put up information about the various 6D)F games that have come out over the past few decades. Antivirus?
Howdy guys. I've just got a new PC, and am dual booting it (windows 10 and arch linux).
However, seeing as I've never spent much time with micro$oft, I'm rather behind times on antivirus products.
Any suggested software? Or can I just ignore it entirely?

I liked the carrot picker.
I think the snowflake was laser cut from the block of metal, and it's simply friction/air-pressure.
Or it may be made via laser sintering (3d printing metal). I'm not quite sure.

I have established that the problem is in fact due to an issue between 'data' and 'the thing being developed.' Including 100mb 3D scans that are processed/displayed by the simulator is not correct. They are data and should not change/have versions. I should separate out all the data from the program ...

This is the DescentBB, what do you expect?
I prefer the direction this is going to where D:U has gone.

There is a big difference between opinions and errors. I may want an opinion but I can't think of a single case where I'd want an error. I came up with a theorem a couple weeks ago: Sentience is a matter of opinion I also see it as a bit of a pun. The idea is that if an entity has it's own ideas on some topic then it is sentient. This can be expanded to: "If an AI can present an original reasoned argument why you shouldn't turn it ...

In Christchurch we had a 6.3 and 7.4 - and our house has concrete roof tiles. All over the city, chimneys fell down and crashed through roofs. 4D geometry can be glitchy. The rendering engine renders a certain number of cubes in all directions from the cube you're currently in, unless it comes across a non-transparent wall. The most common 'teleport' is simply intersecting rooms. Take a look at pentacircle: flying around gives you a whole bunch of different, but similarly stacked areas. Other's, such have duality, appear to have two identical but overlapped maps. Then there's the more recent antbend, which takes a ...
